Stay on top of your data by viewing real-time data usage, now available on Fido.ca and the Fido MyAccount app!
To check your mobile usage:
On fido.ca
- Log in to My Account.
- From the Account Overview page select the mobile line you want to view usage for.
- Or, select Usage & Services, then Mobile from the top menu.
In the Fido MyAccount mobile app
- Access My Account on the go directly from your smartphone.
- The Fido MyAccount app makes it easy to track your data, talk and text usage anytime, anywhere. The application can be downloaded if it's not already pre-installed on your phone.
Self-Serve Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
Access ourself-serve menu from your Fido phone by calling 6-1-1 free of charge, or from any phone by calling 1-888-481-3436. Follow the voice prompts to hear your usage details.
To check your international long distance usage
- Log in to the Fido My Account app.
- On the Usage tab, you’ll find a section called Talk & Text.
- Select View Details.
- The left column of the page shows how many long-distance minutes your plan includes.
- The right column shows how many minutes you’ve used in the current billing cycle.
To check which countries are included in your Long Distance add-on/plan
- Log in to the Fido My Account app.
- Select Billing.
- Tap View bill.
- Scroll down to the mobile number you want details for and tap Monthly charges.
- Scroll down to the long-distance option you have, and you’ll find the countries included.
