If it’s needed, we’ll replace your device with one that’s comparable. Replacement devices can be new or refurbished depending on what’s available.
For iPhone and iPad:You’re eligible for unlimited accidental damage from handling and warranty malfunction service Requests. You’re also eligible for 1 replacement for a lost or stolen device.
For Android phones and tablets: You can get up to 3 fulfilled service requests for your protected device in a rolling 12-month period. This includes up to 2 repairs for accidental damage from handling or out-of-warranty malfunction and 1 replacement for a lost or stolen device. Once you reach this limit, your Device Protection will be cancelled, and you’ll no longer be charged.
