Need to use Device Protection for your device?
If you enrolled in our device protection program before May 5, 2021, and have Device Protection or Device Protection Lite, you canIt takes just a few minutes to send a service request, and we can get most repairs done the same day! Here’s how it works:
- Visit fido.ca/servicerequest, go to My Plan, log in using your Fido My Account info, then go to the Device Protection tab.
- Tell us what happened to your device.
- Select from the service request options presented to you.
- Pay any applicable processing fees.
- Get your device repaired or replaced.
- Receive your repaired or replacement device.
