Manage, view or print your bill
With Online Billing you can see and print your bills whenever you like.
If you’re currently getting paper bills and would like to get them online instead, register for Online Billing to get started.
To see your bills online:
- Log in to My Account.
- Click View Online Bill in the Payment Information section.
- My Bill History will open.
- Click View Bill next to the bill you want to see.
To see online bill details:
- Connect to My Account.
- Click view online bill. It's at the top right corner of the payment information section.
- Click on details under your total amount in the box
- View your data details by clicking on details next to the DATA section
- View your minutes details by clicking on details next to the TALK section.
To print a bill online :
- Connect to My Account.
- Click view online bill. It's at the top right corner of the payment information section.
- Click on the link to save/print (a new tab will appear in your navigator).
- Choose to print your bill or save it to your computer.
Bill reprint request
Things to know
- You can ask customer service for a bill reprint. They’re sent by snail-mail and cost $15 (plus taxes) per copy.
- It’ll take up to 5 business days to get it.
- To get a bill reprint, call 6-1-1 from your Fido phone or 1-888-481-3436 and press * for our self-service menu. You can also log into My Account and open a chat session with one of our representatives.
