In-store Pickup — Everything you need to know
In-store Pickup is a complimentary service designed to offer you the convenience of shopping online with the option of picking up your purchase at a local Fido store as soon as the same day.
There may be differences in stock availability between our online inventory and retail stores. If the In-store Pickup option isn't available, it may be due to limited stock at nearby locations. You can try entering a different address or choose another delivery method.
How to use In-store Pickup
- Device selection: browse our online store and select the device you wish to purchase.
- Availability: if In-store Pickup is available, you'll see this option at checkout.
- Store selection: choose a convenient pickup location. Stores with no inventory of the selected device won’t appear, you can try entering a different address or postal code.
- Order confirmation: after completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email.
- Pickup notification: you'll receive another email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this email before heading to the store.
Note: Don't visit the store until you receive the Ready for pickup email. Same-day pickup may not be available during peak periods. If you haven’t received a confirmation or pickup notification email, please check your spam or junk folder. If the email isn’t there after 1 business day, use our store locator to get the phone number and hours of operation to contact the store directly.
How to pick up your purchase
Upon receiving your pickup notification, visit the store you selected and inform a Sales Representative that you're there for an In-store Pickup.
Please bring:
- Your Order Confirmation Number.
- Two pieces of ID
Note: for new activations this must be the same two pieces of ID you used during the online purchase.
Acceptable IDs:
- Driver’s license
- Canadian passport
- Provincial ID
- Status card
- Senior Citizens Card
- Military Service ID
