New customer? Insert SIM card into your device to get connected.
Existing customer? Sign in to your Fido My Account.

Select a number

Select the number which you want to change your SIM card for.

Change your SIM number

Under the Quick Links section select Change my SIM. Enter the old and new SIM numbers in the fields provided.

An eSIM is a digital SIM that lets you activate a cellular plan without having to use a physical SIM card.
