It’s free to change your mobile plan online through your Fido My Account. You can also visit a Fido store or call us to change your plan for $15.
Depending on when in your bill cycle you changed your plan, you may notice prorated charges on your next monthly bill. Note: if you change to a lower tier plan, you may be subject to a downgrade fee. We’ll let you know if you are during the checkout process.
