This feature is similar to an email inbox and displays messages for easy access.
Initial setup
- Turn the device off and back on.
- Select the Phone icon from the main screen.
- Select the Voicemail icon.
- Select the Setup Now button.
- Create a Voice Messaging PIN and select Save.
- Re-enter the password and select Save again.

Recording a new voicemail greeting
- Select the Phone icon from the main menu.
- Select Voicemail and then Greeting.
- Select Custom.
- Select Record, and record your greeting.
- Select Stop when you’re done.
- To listen to your greeting, select Play.
- When you’re satisfied with your greeting, select Save.
- You can set up a default greeting message by selecting Voicemail, Greeting and Default.
Modifying the initial setup of Visual Voicemail or the Voicemail Greeting
- Select the Phone icon from the main menu.
- Select Voicemail and tap Greeting then tap Custom.
- Tap Record and say your greeting.
- When you finish, tap Stop. To listen to your greeting, tap Play.
- When you are satisfied, tap Save.

- Select the 1 key.
- Follow the prompts to modify your greeting and personalize your password.
OR
- Dial the iPhone voicemail retrieval number (+1 647 839-6178) from a landline.
- Follow the prompts to modify your greeting and personalize your password.
Storage rules for Visual Voicemail

Number of messages | Up to 35 messages (Once you reach the maximum number of messages allowed, the old messages must be deleted in order to receive new ones.) |

New messages | 10 days from the day you received the message,after which it will be automatically deleted |
Saved messages | 10 days from the day you first saved the message, after which it will be automatically deleted and cannot be saved again |

To avoid data roaming charges:
- Select the Phone icon from the main menu.
- Select Settings.
- General.
- Network.
- Data roaming.
- Slide Data roaming to Off.
- Your Internet access through the network will be temporarily disabled until you turn the data roaming feature back to On.
