How to change your monthly price plan

With Fido you can change your monthly price plan easily at any time through  My Account or a retail store, where you can skip the $15 Price Plan Change Fee

Check out the steps below to get started. 

How to change your plan

  • Sign in to My Account to get started
  • Select the phone number for a plan change and click View Usage & Manage
  • Click Upgrade Plan under My Mobile Plan to initiative the plan change
  • Choose your Plan Type and click Continue
  • Select your Data Option and click Continue
  • Select your Addons and click Continue
  • Click Proceed to Checkout
  • Review your Order, check the Terms & Conditions box and click Submit Order

Things to Know

  • If you want to change your current monthly price plan, keep in mind that if it is no longer offered, you will not be able to revert to it.
  • The account shouldn't have a balance owed and the phone number can't be suspended. 
  • The change to your monthly plan will take effect immediately, be sure to check out details on prorated charges.
  • If you change to a lower tier price plan a price plan downgrade fee may apply, but we'll let you know during the check out process.
  • After making your plan change you will receive an E-mail confirming your new price plan change details.
